Tutorials-1

To changing the SATA Operation from AHCI to IDE or ATA  in the bios setting of your computer

When you are getting the error of Stop 0x0000007b on your computer then you follow this tutorial, otherwise, this tutorial will not work. So

Follow the below steps-

  • 1) Go to BIOS setting:- [Ctrl+Alt+Del] + [F2 or Dell]

First, switch on to your computer then press [Ctrl+Alt+Del] button on your keyboard simultaneously at a time without delaying or you can press directly in the restart button on your CPU. Then the computer will restart and when you will get the display is on then you will press the F2 or Dell button continuously until the bios setting will not come. Then you will get the Bios setting of your computer.

Remember- instead of F2 or Dell you can use Esc button also but it depends on your computer brand. Which one will work to go to bios setting you need to find or you can see during the restarting of your computer.
  • 2) Go to Advanced Option:-

After going to Bios setting of your computer, in the top bar of Bios setting you will get the advanced option.  Select the Advanced option by using left or right arrow button to go to Advanced Option.

  • 3) Go to SATA Operation:-

After going to advanced option, Scroll down the options by using upper or lower arrow key and select SATA option to go to SATA Operation.

  • 4) Select ATA or IDE:-

After going to SATA operation, here will get a popup menu and inside the popup menu, you will get AHCI, ATA, or IDE option you just select ATA or IDE by upper or lower arrow key on the keyboard.

After selecting ATA or IDE option, again if you will get this error then you can try to select AHCI option also but actual solution is to select ATA or IDE option inside SATA operation.

  • 5) Save the changes:-

After choosing ATA, AHCI or IDE, press F10 or go to exit mode and choose exit saving Changes to save the changes. This step is mandatory.

Remember- You Must Check Your Hard disc is properly installed or not. you must install hard disc properly

By the default Bios setting

  • 4) Select Load Setup Defaults:-

After going to Load Setup Defaults, press enter then you will get a popup menu in which you will get yes or not. Select yes and press to enter to make default the bios setting.
