So let us start the tutorial.
To allow the storage access and clear the cache data of gallery application of your mobile
Whenever you will get this type of error then by this process you can fix all like this type of errors, So
Follow the below steps
1) Go to setting:-
Find the setting icon on your mobile and click on it to go to setting of your mobile
Slide down the notification bar towards down and there you will get a gear icon on the top right corner, click on it to go to setting directly.
2) Go to Installed Apps:-
After going to setting of your mobile, Scroll down the setting screen and you will get the installed Apps option and click on it to go to installed Apps.
3) Choose All installed Apps:-
After going to installed Apps on your mobile, you will get there are many options like ‘All’ ‘Downloaded’ ‘Running’ ‘Cached’ on the top. You just click on All to choose All installed Apps.
4) Go to Gallery App info:-
After choosing all installed apps, you need to find the gallery application named as ‘Gallery’ by scrolling down the screen. Then click on it to go Gallery App info. see in the below screenshot
5) Go to App Permissions:-
After going the gallery apps, Scroll down the screen then you will get the option App Permissions option. Click on it to go to App Permissions. See the marked section 1 in the below screenshot.
6) Enable the Storage Permission:-
Inside the App Permission you will get at least three options “Contact, Storage and Telephone” which are sometimes made enabled or sometimes not. So if they are already enabled then make these disable first then again make these enable. See in the below screenshot.
On the other hand, inside the storage permission, if you get the Storage option is disabled then makes the storage option enable.
7) Go to Clear The Cache:-
After completing the storage permission, Come back on the gallery app info by pressing the back button of your redmi mobile and in the top section here you will get the Clear Cache option. Click on it to clear all Cache of gallery app. See the marked section 2 in the above screenshot of step no 5
8) Do Force Stop:-
After clearing the cache of gallery app, see the lower bottom section inside the gallery app info section, here you will get Force stop option, click on it to make it force stop. Now all task are done. See the marked section 3 in the above screenshot of step no 5
Now your problem is solved. Open the gallery and check the error will not come again. Whenever in future if you get like this type of error then go through this tutorial then the problems will be fixed
