To clear the cache data of Google Play Store application on your mobile

Follow the below steps
1) Go to setting:-
First, go to the setting of your android mobile.
Remember, for every mobile they have their own different setting interference, so you have to follow the tutorial differently based on your mobile brand.
2) Go to Installed Apps:-
After going to setting of your mobile, inside setting you will get the installed Apps option, if you do not get then search carefully and see all the option inside setting then you will get surely and click on it to go to installed Apps.
3) Choose All installed Apps:-
After going to installed Apps on your mobile, you will get there are many options like ‘All’ ‘Downloaded’ ‘Running’ ‘Cached’ etc…On the top. You just click on All to choose All installed Apps.
4) Go to Google Play Store App info:-
After choosing all installed apps, you need to find the Google play store application named as ‘Google Play Store’ from the list of all install apps section by scrolling down the screen. Then you will get and just click on it to go Google Play Store App info. See in the below screenshot.
5) Go to Clear The Cache and Data cache:-
After going to the Google play store apps info, here you will get the Clear Cache and Clear Cache data option. See in the below screenshot, here marked section 1 is Clear data and marked section 2 Clear cache. Click on these tow option to clear all Cache and Cache data of Google play store app.
6) Do Force Stop
After clearing the cache and Cache data of Google Play Store app, now see on the lower bottom section, here you will get Force stop option, for example, see the marked section 3 in the above screenshot, click on it to make it force stop. Now all steps are done.
Now your problem will be solved.
