Actually, the back button is working fine but due to some malware effect the “keep activity on background” get enable. For that when trying to close an app then that function deny the “back button close” function.
Therefore, in this tutorial, I will teach you how to fix this type of error, so let start to tutorial step by step.
The Solution of Android Apps is Not Closing When Press on the Back Button
By the following tutorial, you can solve this type of issue on any android mobile. Now I am going to share the step by step full process to solve this type of error on your Android mobile. So let start the tutorials.
To enable the “don’t keep activities” function
Follow the below tutorial step by step:-
1) Go to Settings
2) Go to Developer Option
Inside the setting, scroll down the screen then you will get the Developer option.
If you are not getting the Developer option on your mobile that means the Developer option is not enabled, so you have to enable that option.
To enable Developer option you have to follow the steps:-
- a) Go to Setting:-
- b) Go to About Phone:-
- c) Go to Build number / MIUI Version etc:-
Inside the About Phone, you will get the option like Build number or MIUM Version etc, which may be different based on mobile brand. If you do not get the above option, then go to the Google, put the mobile name, and search to enable the developer option. Then you will get a lot of solution.
- d) Click three times on that option:-
After getting the above option, click three times on that option, then the Developer option will be enabled.
Now go to setting and scroll down the screen then get will get the developer option. See in the below Screenshot
3) Go to Don’t keep activities Option and make it Enable
Inside the developer option, scroll down the screen then you will get the “Don’t keep activities” Option. Click on that to make it enable. See in the below Screenshot
4) Go to Background Process limit option
Below the “Don’t keep activities” Option, also you will get the “Background Process limit” option. See in the below Screenshot
5) Choose No Background Processes
Click on “Background Process limit” option, then a popup Screen will come with a lot of options, Choose “No Background Processes” option from that screen.
Now your problem is solved properly.
