When you will get this error for a particular application then you need to clear the cache data of that application. For that, you just follow the below steps.

  • 1) Go to setting:-

Find the setting icon on your mobile and click on it to go to setting of your mobile or pull the home screen towards down then you will get a gear icon on the top right corner, click on it to go to setting directly.

  • 2) Go to Installed Apps:-

After going to setting of your mobile, Scroll down the setting screen and you will get the installed Apps option and click on it to go to installed Apps.

  • 3) Choose All installed Apps:-

After going to installed Apps of your mobile, you will see there are many options like ‘All’  ‘Downloaded’  ‘Running’  ‘Cached’  on the top. You just click on All to choose All installed Apps.

  • 4)To Find The Particular Apps For That You Get This Error:-

After choosing all installed apps, you need to find the particular apps for that you get this error. Search that app on the all installed apps list. Then click on it to go That Particular Apps.

  • 5) Clear The Cache Data:-

After going to That Particular Apps, you will see there is an option to click to clear the cache data and data also. You just click on that option to clear the cache data and data of that particular application.

  • 6) Restart Your Mobile:-

After clearing the cache data you need to restart your mobile.

Now your problem is solved. You will not see this error again.

Process id-com.android.server.telecom

  • 2) Phone

Process id-com.android.phone

  • 3) SIM Toolkit

Process id-com.android.stk

  • 4)Contacts

Process id-com.android.contacts

  • 5)Contacts Storage

Process id-com.android.providers.contacts


Tutorial-3

To clear the cache data of your whole android mobile

Follow The below steps:-

  • 1) Turned off/Switch off your mobile.
  • 2) Go to system recovery mode.

Hints-Search on Google “how to go system recovery mode” by putting your mobiles name.

  • 3) Go to Wipe cache partition.
  • 4) Select Wipe cache partition.

After Selecting wipe cache partition option it will take times to clear all cache of your mobile.

  • 5) Select Reboot system now.

After selecting reboot system now, your mobile will restart and the process of clearing all cache of your mobile will be complete.

If all the above tutorial does not work then you need to do “Factory reset” of  your mobile.
