Before going to start the process, please read the full tutorial then go to perform
Remember during the performance the factory reset, you must obey the below terms which are mandatory.
- The charge of your mobile more than 80%
- Remove the SIM card
- Remove the memory card
- Don’t connect with charger during factory reset
Now follow the below steps carefully-
1) Turn off Your Mobile
You can simply press the power key to turn off the mobile or it is better to remove the battery and insert it again to turn off the mobile. If you cannot handle your mobile to turn off due to technical issues, then directly remove the battery and insert it again to turn off the mobile.
2) Press the following combination keys
[ Home Key + Volume Up Key + Power Key ]
[ Home Key + Volume Down Key + Power Key ]
[ Power key + Volume Up Key ]
[ Power Key + Volume Down Key ]
After turn off the mobile, press the above any one combination of the key at a time without delay for 2 or 3 seconds. You can try the above combination of keys and make sure that which combination of key works on your mobile. If you cannot be confirmed then you can take help from Google to find which combination of key works on your mobile. You just paste your mobile name into Google and search then you will get surely.
3) Release The keys at a time
After 2 or 3 second when you will get only the name of “SAMSUNG” on your mobile screen then instantly release all the combination of keys and press and release fastly the volume up key until the Samsung logo will come and then wait for some time and you will be entered into the recovery mode of your mobile.
4) Choose the “Factory reset” option
After entering into the recovery mode of your mobile, you will get factory reset option and many other options on the screen but you need to choose the Factory reset option. For that by using volume up or volume down key of your mobile to choose the Factory reset option.
5) Press Power key
After choosing the factory reset option press the power key to enter into the factory reset option.
6) Choose the “Yes—delete all user data” option
After entering into the factory reset option then you will get “Yes—delete all user data” and many other options also but you need to choose the “Yes—delete all user data” option. For that by using volume up or volume down key of your mobile to choose the “Yes—delete all user data” option.
7) Press Power Key
After choosing “Yes—delete all user data” press the power key to start the factory reset then the factory reset process will start.
8) Now wait for some time Until the process is completed
After starting the process of factory reset it will take some time so please wait for some time until you will get the message of the process completed
9) Choose “reboot system now”
After getting the message “the process is completed”, in case of some mobile, the device is automatically restarted and the factory reset process will complete and mobile will ready to use, no need to do something more.
But in case of some other mobile, after getting the message “the process is completed”, the device does not restart automatically and you will get a reboot system option and many other options on the screen but you need to choose the reboot system option. For that by using volume up or volume down key of your mobile to choose the reboot system option
10) Press Power key
After choosing reboot system now, press the power key to start rebooting then the mobile will restart.
11) Process Is Completed- done
After restarting of your mobile the process of factory reset or hard reset is completed and the mobile will become in its original state.
